
Dr. Kamalu was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. After spending his childhood and teen years in Hawaii, Arizona and Germany, he served an LDS mission to Munich, Germany and graduated from Brigham Young University in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Kamalu attended medical school at St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed a residency in Family Practice at Scott Medical Center, Scott AFB in Illinois. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.




Cara Mellor was born and raised in Northern Utah. She attended College at Weber State University where she graduated with her nursing degree in 2005. In 2007 she completed her NP (Nurse Practitioner) degree and started practicing in Ogden, Utah. In 2019 Cara Mellor joined Kaysville Clinic and sees patients part-time. She is married and has 2 daughters. She enjoys time with family, camping and hiking

Abi McCloskey grew up in Utah and attended Roy High. After serving an LDS mission in Mexico City, she earned her associate's degree at Weber State and received her license as a Master Aesthetician at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. She is married and has a little boy. Abi enjoys quality time with family, exploring new places, shopping and all things skin care.
