Office Hours

We are available to serve you Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial/Insurance

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also provide a 20% discount for customers who pay in full at the time of initial treatment. We are a preferred provider with several insurance companies and are glad to file insurance claims for customer convenience. If you have any questions about financial arrangements for the services we provide, please contact us.
